What payment methods do you accept?
For immediate order processing, Lily J Designs accepts Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express. Personal checks or money orders are also accepted. Payments made via personal check or money order will delay order processing up to two weeks, to allow time for your funds to be cleared through your financial institution. Once we receive confirmation of cleared funds, we will process your order.

How do I best care for my jewelry investment?
The beauty of gemstone jewelry can be easily maintained year after year if your pieces are cared for properly. Advice on jewelry care can be found on the About Our Jewelry page.

Can Lily J Designs restore my old jewelry pieces?
Through our unique Revamp service, we can create amazing new jewelry pieces using loose stones, gems, beads from your existing collection. In addition, we can restore antique pieces and give them a new look. We can even Revamp brooches to create breathtaking wire wrapped pendants.

Does Lily J Designs offer gift certificates?
Absolutely! We offer $20, $30, $50, and $100 gift certificates. To purchase, click on the Gift Certificates option within the Handcrafted Collections menu. Add the desired gift certificate to your cart and continue to checkout. Shipping is always FREE for all gift certificates. A printed Lily J Designs gift certificate will be mailed to you to make gift-giving easy!

How do I redeem my gift certificate?
After selecting your item(s), continue to checkout. You will find a Discount Coupon option. Enter the coupon code (located at the bottom of your gift certificate) in this field. Your discount will then be applied to your order.

What are your gift certificate policies?

• Gift certificates may be used once and are valid for twelve (12) months following date of purchase.
• Gift certificates must be redeemed on-line at www.lilyjdesigns.com
• Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates, and are non-refundable.
• If the order total exceeds the amount provided on the gift certificate, the customer is responsible for paying the remaining balance of the order. Unused balances are non-refundable.
• Gift certificates do not apply to shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Lily J Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
