Return Policy
Lily J Designs strives to provide excellent Customer Service and satisfy each customer during their shopping experience. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately via email.
We will work with you to resolve the issue as promptly as possible. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer replacements. Items must be returned in original condition, along with the receipt and original packing, within 30 days from the date of initial purchase. It is recommended that the item be insured and shipped via a tracking service, as Lily J Designs is not responsible for loss or damages during the return process. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Upon return of the item, you will be issued a full refund of the purchase price or offered an exchange of equal value.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order you have placed with Lily J Designs, you must contact us within 24 hours by email at info@lilyjdesigns.com or by phone (256) 996-9452.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting us to cancel an order, please be prepared to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you may request to return the item for a refund of the purchase price (minus shipping costs).
